D.B. and Marge Reinhart Center for Ethics, Science, and Technology

The D.B. and Marge Reinhart Center for Ethics, Science, and Technology is a 66,000 square-foot state-of-the-art science facility that opened in 2003. The building, named after benefactors Marge and the late Dwayne B. Reinhart, the founder of Gateway Foods, is one of the premier science facilities in the state.

The building is also home to the D.B. Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership, an entity dedicated to promoting the concepts of ethics in leadership as integral to the advancement of American society. In addition to many other activities, the institute brings nationally recognized leaders to campus and provides conferences, workshops, and symposia dealing with ethical leadership.

Fine Arts Center

The Fine Arts Center is home to Viterbo’s prestigious School of Fine Arts. Inside are the main theatre, recital hall, the La Croix Black Box Theatre, art gallery, and dance studio.

The Fine Arts Center also hosts some of the area’s premier fine arts performances. The Bright Star and NexStar seasons bring national and critically acclaimed performing artists to La Crosse. From drama to dance to music, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

In addition to its traditional uses, the facility is also available for meetings, receptions, dinners, and performances. Catering is available through the university food service.

Amie L. Mathy Center for Recreation and Education

The Amie L. Mathy Center is a collaborative project between Viterbo University and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater La Crosse, the first of its kind in the nation. An incredible “win-win” project for both organizations, the Mather Center provides the Boys and Girls Club with a permanent location to serve the youth of La Crosse’s south side and Viterbo with much needed space.

The building features three collegiate-size gymnasiums, a teen center, a cardiovascular fitness room, a 1/8 mile walking and jogging track, game rooms, a free weight strength center, a computer lab, and art room.

The Mathy Center is named for the founder of the Mathy Construction Company. His family members have been involved in a number of activities at Viterbo and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater La Crosse.
