Student Emergency Fund Application

The Viterbo University Student Emergency Fund is a small fund aimed at supporting students who encounter an unforeseen financial emergency which would otherwise prevent them from continuing their education.  Expenses which may be covered by the Student Emergency Fund include, but are not limited to, textbooks or other essential academic expenses, medications and other costs related to medical care, safety needs (i.e. changing a lock), transportation issues (car repair), assistance with replacement of essential personal belongings due to fire, theft, or natural disaster, childcare, travel costs for essential travel (i.e. work, medical, school or emergency), and assistance with rent, utilities, food and other essential household expenses.

Please complete each question below to the best of your ability.  You should expect to meet with a staff member regarding the possibility of a fund disbursement and may be required to supply support documentation (receipts, invoices, estimates).
