Business Administration
The business administration major provides a broad-based education in the
fundamental theories, principles, and practices of modern business. This major consists of the 14 core business courses that all students majoring in business complete plus seven more business courses, including an internship, that the student chooses from four different business areas. Choosing this route for your major therefore gives you an understanding of the fundamentals of business without emphasizing a particular business discipline. The business administration major gives students flexibility, exposure to many ways of thinking, and many career options!
Check out this sample four-year plan for a business administration major. Of course, you can always use your electives for a second internship and you can study abroad a semester or two as well.
