Sister Helen Elsbernd Distinguished Service Award Nomination Form

Viterbo faculty, staff, and administrators are eligible for the Sister Helen Elsbernd Distinguished Service Award.

The award is given, from time to time, in recognition of the significant achievements and contributions to the development of the university in one or more roles or areas of the university over a period of at least 20 years.
