Alec Chiu Memorial Award Nomination Form
The Alec Chiu Memorial Award recognizes scholarly activities of faculty members and their work to encourage scholarship in students and faculty.
Criteria:
The teacher engages successfully in one or more of the following:
- Mentors students through advanced study, joint research, and/or creative works which expand student learning.
- Has engaged in significant scholarly and/or creative activity leading to significant publication and/or recognition beyond the Viterbo community.
- Has engaged in significant scholarly endeavors on campus which promote the professional development of the faculty.
Nominations will be reviewed by a committee of administrators and faculty members. You may be contacted for additional information about your nomination if the person you nominate is a finalist for the award.
