Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award Nomination Form
To recognize, foster, and stimulate teaching excellence at Viterbo University.
Criteria: The teacher you nominate should be exemplary in the ways she/he motivates students, prepares for class, communicates, helps students both in and out of class, challenges students, and demonstrates respect for students.
Nominations will be reviewed by a committee of administrators and faculty members. You may be contacted for additional information about your nomination if the person you nominate is a finalist for the award.
