Coaching Staff - V-Hawk coach Ryan DeLong, the camp director for La Crosse Air summer and winter volleyball camps. DeLong completed his second season as V-Hawk coach, going 30-15, which was the most successful season since 1990. The V-Hawks topped the 30 win mark for only the third time in school history. The V-Hawks qualified for regionals this year, marking the first time in school history. In DeLong's first two seasons the V-Hawks have compiled an overall record of 44-36. DeLong came to Viterbo from Western Wisconsin Technical College, where he spent two years as the Cavaliers head coach. He posted a 50-20 record there and two conference titles. Prior to WTC, DeLong was the head coach at La Crosse Aquinas for three years, finishing with two conference titles and an overall record of 45-7. He was the La Crosse Tribune Coach of the Year in 2000. DeLong will be assisted at this camp by current and former V-Hawk volleyball players.

Facilities - The camp has the capability of using both the Varsity Athletics Center, which is the home of all V-Hawk home games and also the Mathy Center. The Mathy Center is a brand new, multi-million dollar facility, with three volleyball courts.

Supervision/Insurance - Participants will be supervised during the instructional sessions by the coaches and camp staff. However, all athletes are expected to carry their own medical insurance and are reminded to show up in the best possible physical condition. Viterbo will also provide an excess comprehensive medical insurance plan for participants. This plan covers all athletic-related accidents that may incur during instructional sessions in camp.

ALL SKILLS CAMP
February 11th, 18th, 25th, and March 4th (Sundays)

4:00 - 5:30 pm	3-12	$50
This is a camp that meets the need of all levels of players-from the beginner to the advanced player. The camp will focus on all the basic skills: passing, serving, setting, blocking, and hitting. It will also introduce offensive and defensive strategies to make the players more complete on the court. There is plenty of one-on-one , and group teaching time.

V-HAWK HITTER/SETTER CAMP
February 11th, 18th, 25th, and March 4th (Sundays)

This is a position camp that will take your game to the next level. Campers will break up into their positions and coaches will teach the basic and complex techniques of their position, along with learning the mental aspect of the game. Setters and hitters from the same school can be grouped together, giving them opportunity to work and learn together. Each position will receive many ball touches that will improve their game.
V-HAWK VALUE PACK $85
Players can benefit from going to both the All Skills Camp, or Advanced Camp and the Hitter/Setter Camp. Players can attend the two camps for a discounted fee of $85.
