Coaching Staff -  V-Hawk Head Coach Ryan DeLong is entering his first season as coach of the V-Hawks and camp director of V-Hawk softball camps. DeLong joined the V-Hawk athletics department in spring of 2005 as the Head Volleyball Coach and continues his duties as coach and camp director of La Crosse Air camps. The spring of 2006, Coach DeLong joined the V-Hawk softball squad as an assistant coach under Jaimi Dutton. Coach DeLong's softball resume includes stints as an assistant at both La Crosse Aquinas and La Crosse Central where he helped lead both teams to a state tournament appearance. Coach DeLong will be assisted by current V-Hawk assistants Len Hynek, Eric Kunick and current V-Hawk players.

Facilities - The camp has the capability of using both the Varsity Athletics Center and the Mathy Center. The Mathy Center is a brand new, multi-million dollar facility, with three volleyball/basketball courts. Both facilities are equipped with batting cages.

Supervision/Insurance - Participants will be supervised during the instructional sessions by the coaches and camp staff. However, all athletes are expected to carry their own medical insurance and are reminded to show up in the best possible physical condition. Viterbo will also provide an excess comprehensive medical insurance plan for participants. This plan covers all athletic-related accidents that may incur during instructional sessions in camp.

Pre-registration - Click here to email Coach DeLong or call 608-796-3823 or 608-385-1452 to register for camps. Be sure to include your full name, grade, correct mailing address, phone number, and place "SOFTBALL CAMPS" in the subject line of your email.
