Academic Excellence:
At Viterbo, student-athletes will be exactly that--students first and athletes second. We stress the importance of education and working hard in the classroom. Coaches meet with the players regularly to monitor progress and coordinate academic assistance if necessary. The team also sets academic goals. These goals, like goals in sports, serve to motivate the players in the classroom and ultimately help them become better students.
