Academic Resource Center staff members are ready to help students maximize their opportunities for success in choosing a major and succeeding in their academic life. The following Academic Resource Center staff are Academic Advisors:
Please get to know your advisor! During each semester we will meet with you to:
- Become acquainted with you as an individual
- Explore your strengths, weaknesses and interests
- Help you in making the transition to college
- Investigate possible academic majors based on interests , abilities, and career desires
- Assist in addressing academic problems you may experience
When you are experiencing frustrations about your academic life, what can you do and who do you ask? Your academic advisor will be available to offer suggestions.
