Mid-term Grades
Around mid-term faculty are requested to complete mid-term grades to indicate unsatisfactory performance of students in their courses. The students are sent a letter informing them of their deficiency and advising them to speak with someone to remedy the situation. The advisor receives a copy of this letter and is asked to follow up with the student on the student's plan of action. A deadline date for this meeting is identified in the letter.
