Withdrawal from Viterbo
An undergraduate student who wishes to withdraw completely from Viterbo during a semester must contact the Director of Student Academic Success to discuss the decision and complete the necessary paperwork. The Withdrawl form is on the Registration/Enrollment Forms page.
A student who will complete a current semester but not return to Viterbo for the following semester (not due to graduation) needs to meet with the Director of Student Academic Success for an exit interview.
Failing grades are recorded for students who do not officially withdraw from the university.
