Registrar
Viterbo University seeks qualified candidates for the position of Registrar. The registrar is responsible for the planning and delivery of services and programs related to student records and student record integrity, enrollment, course and room scheduling, transcript delivery, graduation, data reporting and other registration and student records functions. The registrar also assists with institutional compliance with federal and state regulations along with regulations by accrediting bodies and other entities. The registrar will also maintain NAIA athletic eligibility certification process, coordinate the production of the annual university catalog, and confirm final degree requirements.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in higher education or college student personnel preferred, bachelor’s degree with relevant experience considered. Five to seven years of progressive responsibility within a college Registrar's Office or another office with related essential functions; excellent analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; knowledge of student information systems (Ellucian's Colleague is preferred); ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; thorough working knowledge addressing FERPA related concerns.

This is a full-time, twelve-month administrative position.  Applications will be considered starting January 31 and continue until the position is filled.

Assistant Vice President of Principal Gifts 
Viterbo University invites applications for an Assistant Vice President of Principal Gifts.  The primary responsibility is to strengthen and deepen relationships with major benefactors and potential benefactors by ensuring appropriate cultivation and stewardship events, personal contacts, and recognition opportunities are in place.  The individual will plan and execute individual major and planned gift cultivation and solicitation supporting approved fund-raising priorities at the university. 

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree and CFRE preferred. At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in front-line fundraising and strong working knowledge of industry best practices relevant to the successful cultivation and solicitation of high-level prospects and benefactors for major and planned gifts within a comprehensive campaign.  Experience preferably will be in higher education, although related experience will also be considered. Ability and willingness to work evening and weekend hours including travel both regionally and nationally is required.
