Q: WHERE CAN I MAKE COPIES?

A: Employees can make copies at or print to any Department or Public MFD (Multi-Functional Device) on campus. MFD's are located in most Academic and Administrative offices. Click for MFD locations. Employees can swipe their Viterbo ID at a card reader on the device, or type in their email address and network password to login to the MFD’s. After login, you will be able to select the appropriate budget number assigned to you. If you only have one budget number, then the deice will auto select it.

A: Students can make copies at or print to any Public or selected Department MFD's. Click for MFD locations. Students can swipe their Viterbo ID at a card reader on the device, or type in their email address and network password to login to the MFD’s. After login, students will be able to view the balance in their copy/print account before coipies or prints are released. Students can use their print account for making copies or prints, and they can deposit money in the account as needed. 

Q: HOW CAN I HAVE COPIES MADE FOR ME?

A: Employees and students can have documents copied or large format posters made in the CMMC, These request for duplication must have a completed Copy Form, Online Copy Form, or Online Poster Form accompanied with each request.

Q: DOES IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE IF I USE THE CMMC ONLINE SERVICES COMPARED TO GOING TO THE CMMC TO HAVE MY COPIES OR PRINTS MADE?

A: In most cases there is no difference in the quality of the copies made using either method, but we suggest files be sent electronically if there are color graphics or pictures within the document to be copied, for better copy quality results.

Q: HOW MUCH LEAD TIME MUST I LEAVE TO HAVE COPIES OR PRINTS MADE FOR ME IN THE CMMC?

A: One day is reasonable, except during extremely high volume times -- like the beginning of each semester and during test week -- when a few days should be allowed for completion. Two to four days is reasonable for posters, unless you want it laminated, which adds another day or two. 

Q: HOW CAN I REQUEST COPIES ONLINE?

A: To request copies online, customers can open the Online Forms link, in the upper right of this page, and follow the directions to request copies online.

Q: CAN I HAVE COPIES MADE ON COLOR PAPER?

A: The CMMC has a wide variety of paper colors and paper types available for copies or prints.  click Paper SamplesPaper Samples to view the colors.

Q: CAN I HAVE COLOR COPIES MADE? 

A: Yes, there is a color copier in the CMMC, just indicate on the copy form or online copy form you want copies in color ink.

Q: CAN I HAVE POSTER SIZE COPIES MADE?

A: Yes, there is a large format printer in the CMMC that can print posters up to 40"wide and any length. The standard poster presentation size is 34"x44". The documents must be sent electronically or brought to the CMMC on a flash drive.
