Summer Facilities

Accommodations

A variety of fully-furnished accommodations, ranging from two-person residence hall rooms, featuring public bathrooms, to fully-furnished air-conditioned apartments with private bathrooms, are available to our summer guests.
Meeting rooms, recreational facilities, and dining options including catering services, are also available.
Special features of apartments include:

  • Kitchen with full-size refrigerator and range
  • Private bathroom with shower, sink, and vanity
  • Completely furnished
  • Carpeted rooms
  • Blinds
  • Air conditioning
  • Wireless Internet access, cable-ready

Clare, Canticle House, Rose Terrace, and McDonald Terrace (apartments) and Bonaventure and Marian Hall (traditional residence halls) will be available for students and guests this summer.

Apartment Complexes   

Each unit has two bedrooms; a bathroom; a living/dining area; a kitchen with sink, refrigerator, and stove provided; and Internet and cable access. Two to four individuals occupy these units. Only in Clare are there individual private bedrooms for each guest. Each apartment unit comes furnished with a dining room table set, couch, chairs, dressers, desks, and bunk beds. Each complex has laundry facilities and programming/study areas.

Traditional Residence Halls

Marian Hall is a three-story traditional residence hall which has a capacity to house 90 residents. Each of these residence hall rooms has Internet and cable TV access. The first level of the building is the Office of Residence Life, Hawk's Nest, and residence hall rooms. The basement level has laundry facilities. Marian Hall offers residents easy access to the Student Union and the dining facilities as they are connected.  

Bonaventure Hall is a six-story traditional residence hall which has a capacity to house 200 residents and predominately houses first-year students with some upperclassmen. Four of the six floors have been remodeled in the past two years. All of the rooms have Internet access and cable TV. The terrace level has laundry facilities, and each floor lounge is equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, TV, DVD player, and study space. Bonaventure Hall also has an elevator. Bonaventure Hall offers students easy access to the Student Union and the dining facilities since they are connected.
