Earn Your Organizational Studies Degree at Viterbo

The Viterbo Organizational Studies major focuses on the study of communications and organizational culture. It is a unique and flexible degree that allows students to complete a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science degree based on their personal and professional goals. Students may apply their previously earned college credit, military credit or credit for prior learning to meet the degree requirements.

This is an interdisciplinary studies major with the Dahl School of Business that has a common core of courses that will assist you in developing leadership skills. Our program makes it possible to earn your Bachelor of Science in Organizational Studies or Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies; which one depends upon your career goals. Upon completion, you can pursue a career in management, training and development, quality control, start your own business, or pursue an advanced degree.

The Viterbo University Organizational Studies program offers:

  • A generous transfer credit policy
  • Classes that begin six times per year in August, October, January, March, May and July
  • Options to attend full time or part time
  • Flexibility, with all classes available in the evenings
