Spaghetti Dinner - SOLD OUT!!
Friday, Oct. 10 | 4:30 - 6:30 p.m.
School of Nursing Building room 195

Join your classmates and friends at a spaghetti dinner the night before the race to stock up on carbs! Cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children 10 and under. Pre-registration is preferred. Sponsored by the Student Dietetic Association. Print a Spaghetti Dinner Poster.

Coffee and Conversation with the FSPA
Saturday, Oct. 11 | 8 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.
Mathy Center - Entrance by the Clock Tower
Complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, muffins and Franciscan hospitality! At 8:45 a.m., the FSPA will line up towards the east end of Franciscan Way to raise their hands and help Fr. Richard and Fr. Conrad conduct a blessing for all 5K participants.

Walk or run for a purpose! Help stock the Viterbo Food Pantry!
Bring your non-perishable food items on race day to support the on-campus food pantry. Items needed include applesauce cups/jars, beef ravioli, box rice, bread, cake frosting, cake mixes, carrots, chicken noodle soup, cream of chicken soup, fruit cocktail cans/cups, green beans, Hamburger Helper, Hormel cups/mac and cheese cups, Hormel heat and eat meals, instant pasta sides, jelly, mandarin oranges cans/cups, paper towels, peanut butter, pears, ramen, saltines/crackers, soup, spaghetti noodles, spaghetti sauce, toilet paper, tuna, Tuna Helper, whole kernel corn.

Race Day Instructions
Start Instructions: Wear your race number on the front. Pre-race instructions begin at 8:50 a.m. at the starting point. Walkers line up at the back of the pack to ensure a fair and safe start.
Finish Instructions: Keep to the right as you approach and enter the finish chute. Volunteers will remove your race tag. Stay in your finish position as you move through the chute. Walkers, stay to the far right on the race route and as you approach the finish area.

Awards: Awards ceremony will be at approximately 10:30 a.m. near the finish line area of the race. Awards presented for 5K participants to first overall male and female finishers and to top finishers in each age group and the wheelchair division. Winners of the overall division will not be eligible for awards in the individual categories. Everyone wins in the Children's Alumni Dash.
